We are seeking a driven and empathetic Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission.

About The Role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to lead the identification, assessment, and implementation of AI tools and technologies across various departments (Operations, Project Management, Marketing, Accounting, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with current AI platforms (e.g., generative AI, analytics, workflow automation) and a proven track record of guiding an organization through digital transformation initiatives. This individual will collaborate with department heads and leadership to streamline processes, automate tasks, and unlock new efficiencies and insights using the latest AI solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Identify Opportunities 

   • Conduct needs assessments to spot areas where AI technologies can significantly improve existing processes. 

   • Proactively stay updated on emerging AI tools, platforms, and best practices to drive innovation. 

2. AI Tools Evaluation & Implementation 

   • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools (e.g., large language model applications, workflow automation, analytics platforms, predictive modeling solutions). 

   • Pilot and test selected solutions, gather feedback and iterate to ensure successful implementation. 

   • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data security compliance. 

   • Lead AI-Powered Research Projects to quickly gather information and inform strategic decision-making. 

3. Strategic Planning & Roadmapping 

   • Develop a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with company objectives.

   • Create and present business cases, including ROI projections, timelines, and resource requirements. 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

   • Work closely with department leads (Marketing, Operations, Accounting, etc.) to understand specific workflow challenges and craft AI-driven solutions. 

   • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient adoption and usage of new technologies. 

5. Performance Measurement & Optimization 

   • Define success metrics, track KPIs, and measure the impact of AI-enabled solutions.

   • Analyze outcomes, optimize workflows, and continuously improve processes based on data-driven insights.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management 

   • Manage relationships with AI vendors and service providers. 

   • Oversee budgeting for AI-related projects, ensuring cost-effective implementations. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 

• AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, data analytics, and workflow automation solutions. 

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Microsoft Azure ML, RPA platforms, etc.). 

• Project Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology projects on time and within budget. 

• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into AI-driven solutions and measure results against strategic goals. 

• Communication & Training: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms and provide user training. 

• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI and lead cost-benefit analyses for technology initiatives.
