We are seeking a strategic Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to set a multi-brand strategy across multiple markets. You will work alongside the Head of Media and Partnerships to develop the long-term influencer marketing strategy for our portfolio of brands, shaping how influencers drive brand growth, audience expansion, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Streamer Strategy

  • Develop and lead the overarching Influencer strategy across all brands, shaping how Influencers/creators drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition throughout the funnel.

  • Define the creator portfolio mix (macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers, influencers) to meet brand and performance objectives.

  • Build and refine the influencer operating model including sourcing frameworks, contracting structures, compensation models, content guidelines, and performance levers.

  • Identify new growth opportunities across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms to increase scale and competitive advantage.

  • Build and manage high-value relationships with Influencers, streamer talent, agencies, and management teams — focusing on long-term partnership health and predictable output.

Campaign Leadership & Performance Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end Influencer/creator lifecycle: sourcing, strategic planning, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimization, and ongoing iteration.

  • Develop a reporting and tracking solution, using both existing and exploring new tools, to allow campaign KP measurements from soft awareness numbers to clicks and conversions.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Performance channel owners, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics, and Product to ensure creator initiatives ladder into broader channel strategies and business goals.

  • Develop and champion a rigorous testing agenda for formats, hooks, creators, and integrations across paid and organic distribution.

  • Ensure all Influencer content adheres to regulatory, platform, and market-specific compliance requirements for social casino.

Requirements

  • Experience leading influencer/creator/streamer programs end-to-end, ideally within gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment, or mobile apps.

  • Demonstrated success running performance-driven creator programs with measurable KPIs (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS).

  • Strong expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety, and performance evaluation.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in social casino, iGaming, mobile gaming, or revenue-driven creator programs.

  • Passion for gaming, streaming culture, and U.S. creator trends.

  • Understanding of integrated marketing and the role that Influencer marketing plays across the funnel.

  • Experience working in rapid-growth or start-up environments.

  • Comfortable leading independently in distributed teams.
