Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, scale, and optimize our cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in managing CI/CD workflows, automating infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability. This role requires experience in AWS, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions, with a strong focus on monitoring, logging, and maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment

• Automate and manage

• Infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible

• Configure and maintain monitoring systems using Datadog and CloudWatchContinuously monitor system health, performance, and security

• Create infrastructure diagrams and documentation to improve visibility and maintainability

• Troubleshoot and optimise cloud services, ensuring high availability and scalability

Tech Stack

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible

• Containerisation & Orchestration: Docker, ECS

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions

• Monitoring & Logging: Datadog, AWS CloudWatch

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer role

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, ECR, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.)

• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration

• Strong knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation

• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions

• Scripting skills (Bash or Python) for automation

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)

• Ability to troubleshoot networking, performance, and deployment issues

• Strong documentation skills for infra diagrams and process documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience optimising cloud costs and managing AWS budgets

• Knowledge of CloudFormation or AWS CDK
