
Senior Scrum Master
MetroStar is looking for a Senior Scrum Master that is passionate about leading a small team of developers to deliver high quality and user-focused SharePoint development projects. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be a member of an integrated project team supporting the customer’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) implementing enterprise-wide management improvement efforts via SharePoint development. In collaboration with your teammates and the customer, you will work with to execute agile-based projects that have organization-wide impact. You will implement and ensure that the teams follow the defined Agile SAFe framework and identify and implement process changes to improve productivity and delivery for your team and the customer. You have at least 5 years of experience as Scrum Master leading and managing agile delivery teams with the goal of increasing team productivity
You have at least 1 year of experience supporting or leading SharePoint-focused development projects
You have experience working with cross functional teams (UI/UX, backend, data, etc.) in a remote/virtual environment
You have a SAFe certification
You have experience using Jira for requirements management

You have experience in facilitating Agile workshops in a remote/virtual environment

What your day will look like:
You will facilitate the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise SharePoint solutions by working collaboratively with your team
You will work to identify and remove blockers for your team to ensure milestone delivery and ensure the project remains within scope
You will organize and facilitate daily stand ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies
You will oversee MetroStar resources on contract, providing leadership and project management capabilities
