And here's the exciting part: our team is growing! We are currently looking for a Product Category Owner.

Role overview:

In this position, you'll be responsible for supervising the single items category in our online shop. You’ll ensure their visibility and sales meet expectations by using paid ads, proper website exposure, and collaborating with the product development and growth teams. Your efforts will help us achieve business targets across all markets: the US, Canada, the EU + UK, and Australia.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns to ensure sales of single items is aligned with the company's objectives.
Review and optimise advertising campaigns. Discuss data insights with a Growth Director to improve the customer acquisition and conversion levels.
Collaborate closely with the Product Development Manager to grasp product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Implement other marketing activities to boost revenue and improve AOV.
Oversee the high-quality presentation of products in the Shopify store.
Coordinate the launch of new products, focusing on items with high sales potential.
Optimise regularly the sales funnel by experimenting with new angles to identify cross-sells and up-sells opportunities.

Job requirements

Must-haves:

Business experience in running successful Meta ads campaigns, preferably for consumer products.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices for customer attraction, with a focus on performance metrics like ROI, AOV, etc.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.

What we will appreciate:

Documented experience in the e-commerce brand, in roles related to Product Management or Category Management.
Good understanding of modern marketing principles, including SEO and Email Marketing.
Skills in evaluating the quality of copywriting.
Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
