I'm the founder. Over the last 6 months I personally put 400+ hours into our marketing and got further than every agency we'd ever hired β€” combined. I built and ran the campaigns myself. I'm not looking for another agency or an "ideas" person. I'm looking for one operator who can run the whole engine better than I can, full-time, as if these brands were their own.

You'd own performance marketing across a portfolio of fast-growing US brands β€” Turf Distributors, Interlocking Products, Biltright, and more. You'll have a domestic creator/designer/web developer to direct, the budget to win, and a direct line to me. This is a founder-level seat for someone with an ownership mentality who wants to help build a company to $1B with lean resources.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Strategy AND execution β€” you build the plan and you run it. No throwing ideas over the wall.

  • Paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Alibaba β€” building, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns yourself.

  • Organic growth β€” content engines, SEO, social, whatever the data says wins.

  • Full funnel β€” creative angles, offers, landing pages, tracking, and ROAS end to end.

  • Directing creators β€” we source on-camera content in the US; you write the briefs, set the standard, and make sure it converts.

  • Data, trends, and AI β€” you live in the numbers, spot what's emerging early, and use modern AI tools to move like a 10-person team.

You are a one-person marketing engine with budget and support, scaling several brands at once.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU CAN HONESTLY SAY YES TO ALL OF THIS

  • You have personally run campaigns that drove big ROAS β€” not "managed a team that did," not "advised" β€” you were in the ad accounts.

  • You're an operator, not an idea person. Strategy is table stakes; you're hired for what you ship.

  • You're fluent across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Alibaba (B2B / sourcing experience is a plus given our brands).

  • Your written and spoken English is strong β€” you'll talk to me daily and direct US-based creators.

  • You're resourceful on a lean budget and you have an ownership mentality β€” you think in profit and outcomes, not hours.

HOW TO APPLY β€” AND HOW I'LL KNOW YOU'RE REAL

  1. Pick one of our brands (Turf Distributors, Interlocking Products, or Biltright). Tell me β€” in plain language β€” what we're doing wrong and what you'd do in your first 90 days. Be specific. Show me you actually looked.

  2. Prove your ROAS. Real numbers from campaigns you personally ran β€” Ads Manager screenshots, spend-and-return, case studies you can speak to in detail. Redact what you must; the proof must be real and yours.

  3. Record a 3–5 minute Loom (screen-share + your voice) walking me through #1 and #2. I want to see how you think and how you communicate in English.

  4. Read the whole ad? Start your email subject line with the word ROAS followed by the single best result you've personally driven (e.g. "ROAS β€” 6.4x on $300k spend, DTC"). Anything else gets deleted.
