We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to elevate our marketing efforts at Mission Translate. This role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic thinker who is passionate about hands-on content creation, digital strategy, and brand management, and enjoys a cross-functional role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving marketing campaigns, generating leads, and spearheading marketing activities.  

Responsibilities: 

Content Management: 

  • Develop and execute the Mission Translate content strategy, focusing on social media, PR, website content, and email marketing. 

  • Ideate, create, and deliver engaging and optimised content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with a range of target audiences. 

Acquisition: 

  • Drive Marketing Qualified Lead generation through owned channels and paid media campaigns. 

  • Analyse and optimise acquisition strategies to maximise lead quality and conversion rates. 

Customer Intelligence: 

  • Gain and apply thorough knowledge of various industry types to enhance personalised marketing activities. 

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring marketing strategies are relevant and effective. 

Campaign & Promotions Calendar: 

  • Own and manage the Mission Translate marketing campaign tactical plan. 

  • Develop and execute promotional strategies and account-based marketing initiatives to drive business growth. 

Brand Management: 

  • Safeguard and enhance the Mission Translate brand through consistent brand activity, including managing reviews, testimonials, case studies, and public relations. 

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity. 

Digital Strategy: 

  • Oversee Mission Translate’s digital marketing strategy, including website development, SEO, PPC, and copywriting. 

  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital marketing projects. 

Literature & Collateral: 

  • Oversee the creation and management of sector-specific literature and sales collateral. 

  • Ensure all materials are high-quality, on-brand, and effectively support sales and marketing efforts. 

Events Management: 

  • Manage end-to-end project planning and execution for industry and owned events, including conferences, social events, internal meetings, and digital events. 

  • Coordinate all event logistics, promotional activities, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role. 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives. 

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for writing engaging and influential copy. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future activities. 

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as HubSpot and design software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva is highly desirable. 

  • Ability to travel internationally for industry events; a valid passport is required. 

  • Self-motivated with a vibrant, energetic approach and a great team spirit.
