Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant with strong organizational and planning skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate (you?) will act as a point of contact for core team members as well as some 3rd parties, such as suppliers and service providers. Typical day to day tasks include writing and editing emails, preparing communications, setting up meetings and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Your Responsibilities
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. You are a “key driver” of information flow.
Assist with monitoring inbox and emails, including responding to customers, partners, other contractors, and business contacts
Ensure action items are executed on behalf of the leadership team in areas such as Product, IT, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, and preparing communications on behalf of team members
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
Support us with recruiting and hiring processes
Organizing events and engaging the remote team
Support daily operations as needed
Helping to build and develop our company wiki
Supporting other internal responsibilities as needed

You thrive in a mostly asynchronous communication environment with global time zones (most of our team is in the UK and US)
You are proactive, a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. You don’t need to be told more than once.
Ideally 1-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar admin role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for sending the information you obtain effectively across to key stakeholders, other departments (both business and technical) and third parties.
High level proficiency with Slack, G-Suite. Familiarity with Front App and Notion is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce and/or (online) printing is a plus
