Senior IT Recruiter

đź’ˇABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for Graduates or advanced students of Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related.

You’ll be responsible for the quality of service, productivity, and continuous improvement of the Talent Search for MOOVX.

 

 

✅ WHAT YOU´LL DO:

  • Publication of notices in various portals, search in databases, and recruitment in alternative sources according to the profile worked.

  • Preselection of CVs.

  • Interviews and assembly of resumes.

  • Follow-up of the candidate throughout the selection process, implementing actions that generate an excellent experience in each of them.

  • Collaborate in the implementation of actions to guarantee development, motivation, and an excellent work environment.

 

âś… YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Have advanced management of the Office Package.

  • They have an upper-intermediate / advanced level of English.

  • 4+ years of experience in the HR area of ​​the IT industry.

  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Wish to keep learning continuously.

  • Have full-time availability.

  • Experience with search engines (LinkedIn, GitHub).
