Lead/Principal Product Designer

As a senior member of the product design team you will be a valued thought leader and help shape a growing team and its vision, values, and processes. 

What you get to do:

  • Shape the future of mParticle’s product experience – Advocate for our users, challenge assumptions, and propose opportunities for improvement to leadership. Provide thought leadership to the product org by defining an experience vision and UX strategy for your product area and guiding the team toward that vision.

  • Make an impact on the team and company –Identify process challenges and propose improvements for both functional and cross-functional teams. Provide mentorship and thought leadership to the designers on your team, the product org, and the company. 

  • Deliver simple solutions for complex problems – Lead design projects from beginning to end. Conduct UX research to develop a deep understanding of the problem at hand. Translate that data and business strategy into features that simplify complex workflows for multiple personas. Ensure iterative delivery of value and steady improvement of the product’s current experience.

About you:

  • You don’t shy away from the unknown and seek to constantly learn and improve yourself. You also enjoy helping and coaching others. 

  • You love telling a story with data and are able to articulate, pitch, and defend your design rationale to leadership and stakeholders.

  • You have 8+ years of product design experience at software technology companies with experience working on B2B or enterprise products.
