In the NOCD app, members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.

NOCD Therapist Talent Sourcing/Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning/scheduling interviews and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term therapist recruitment sourcing strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Support the ability to hire 10-15 therapists a month
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). Expectation is approximately 200-300 resumes monthly.
Ensure personal and timely follow-up with interested candidates.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Add and assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Lead and manage quarterly and annual hiring needs with assistance from NOCD analytics team
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Seek ways to create efficiencies through use of Greenhouse and additional recruiting tools
Leverage data to understand the effectiveness of recruiting model, with a focus on enhancing our candidate sourcing / selection processes to ensure we have a diverse pipeline of candidates who will be successful here at NOCD
Requirements and Skills
A natural curiosity for developing solutions, finding the right person and enough tenacity to stay with the process.
A willingness to examine various therapist candidate markets and develop a familiarity with them in terms of where candidate pools exist.
The ability to use various communication types - emails, phone calls and texts to make a positive initial impression with therapist candidates.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. GreenHouse ATS, AppCast, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
1-3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
