Novantro is a Reddit marketing agency helping B2B brands get recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We've served 70+ US clients across SaaS, home services, and finance. We're currently at $60k/mo and scaling to $100k/mo with a small, lean, fully remote team.

The founder built this from zero in 18 months and is now stepping back from day-to-day operations to focus on growth. This role exists so that when he steps back, nothing breaks and everything gets better.

What you'll own

• Client delivery: every campaign ships on time and at quality. You work directly with our Head of Reddit and content team to make that true every single week.

• Team management: coordinating a remote team of 5+ (delivery, sales, contractors) across time zones. Keeping people accountable without the founder in the loop.

• Systems: running and improving our stack: Close CRM, Make.com automations, Calendly, Slack, Stripe. If a workflow breaks at 2x volume, you catch it before it breaks.

• Client health: spotting problems before clients feel them. Owning escalations end-to-end. Retention is your scoreboard.

• Reporting: the founder gets one clean weekly picture of delivery, pipeline, and team performance from you.

Must-have requirements (we will not consider applications without these)

• Marketing agency experience is a MUST. You've worked at or run operations for a marketing agency: SEO, content, paid media, or similar. You understand client retainers, deliverables, and why clients churn. No exceptions.

• Reddit, SEO, or GEO/AEO experience is a MUST. You know how organic visibility works: Reddit marketing, search rankings, or AI answer optimization (getting brands cited by ChatGPT/Perplexity). You don't need to be the strategist, but you must understand what our delivery team does well enough to manage it and quality-check it.

• 3+ years running day-to-day operations (client delivery, team coordination, reporting)

• Hands-on with CRMs and automation tools (Make.com or Zapier experience is a big plus)

• Experience managing remote contractors and keeping output high without micromanaging

• You write SOPs, build systems, and make decisions without waiting for approval

You're NOT a fit if

• You need daily direction to function

• You've only worked inside big companies with big support structures

• You've only done ops for e-commerce, logistics, or non-marketing businesses this role requires understanding how agency delivery actually works

• You see "startup chaos" as a problem instead of raw material

Compensation

$5,000–$10,000/month depending on experience and location, plus a performance bonus tied to client retention and delivery metrics. Full-time, remote, contractor structure.
