We are seeking a talented Senior Campaign & Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will art direct and steer large-scale projects within the automotive sector, taking ownership from concept to execution and ensuring continuous delivery. You will design and oversee compelling multi-channel campaigns, lead and inspire a creative team, and set standards for excellence and consistency. Your vision and leadership will be key to delivering innovative solutions, on time, that move the brand forward. You will collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and clients, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user needs.
Art direct and oversee the development of large-scale automotive campaigns from concept through execution.
Design and deliver compelling campaign narratives and creative assets across channels (digital, print, social, experiential).
Steer a creative team, ensuring quality, alignment, and continuous delivery to deadline.
Continuously iterate on creative concepts, optimizing for impact, engagement, and brand relevance.
Set creative direction and guidelines for campaigns, upholding excellence in visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, driving alignment and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused environment within the creative team.
Your competencies
3+ years in campaign and content design, with a standout portfolio in automotive or related industries.
Proven experience in art direction and leading multi-disciplinary creative teams on large projects.
Strong conceptual, visual, and narrative design skills—across digital, print, and social channels.
Excellence and Experience in the automotive industry, automotive visualisation and automotive art direction
Extensive knowledge of Gen-AI image generation, asset production and handling
Deep expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and project management.
Proficiency with modern creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and content management systems.
An unwavering drive for quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Have experience working in a similar role in an agency or consultancy environment.
Can explain design engineering, your stance on it, and the way forward at OH–SO with compelling arguments.
Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, from designers to developers, as well as directly with clients
