We launched Oliver James in July 2020 with a collection of 6 luxury upholstered lilos. The goal is for Oliver James to become known worldwide as the best lilo brand, a space we are developing that is not yet owned. We see the brand as a nice cross between fashion, outdoor furniture, and lifestyle. We not only sell lilos but also the lifestyle of how they are supposed to be used.
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to work full-time with our team managing and developing our e-commerce and other digital channels; Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and Klaviyo.
Job Description:
· Work directly with the founder (m25) and the marketing director (f27) to develop and implement our digital and eCommerce strategy.
· Focus on Conversion and Traffic through growth hacking strategy.
· Analyse and present our data to refine the digital marketing strategy, focus Ad spend and consult on content.
· Influencer experience: Vet and analyse incoming Influencers/KOL requests, research, performance analysis
· Full autonomy on marketing budget spending and execution
· Data driven mindset
· Website UI/UX optimisation (site based on Shopify)
· EDM analytics and customer database building.
· Knowledge of best SEO practices along with keyword research.
Must have a comprehensive understanding and extensive experience with the following platforms and software’s (or similar):

The Brand:
Our customer base mostly consists of HNW/UHNW individuals and celebrities, the target market being homes worth over 3mil USD with a pool, yachts, and high-end hospitality.
In the last year we’ve expanded our range to 9 lilos with a double, ring and noodle in development. We are also working on a diffusion line with an expected RRP ~ USD450.
We do both DTC and Wholesale and our sales this year will hopefully reach between USD 600,000 – 700,000. Most of the business so far has been built through contra gifting to high profile influencers, designers, and retailers.

The Team:
We’ve kept the team very lean. Currently there are 3 full-time employees in our office in WCH, Hong Kong. Founder (Hong Kong, m25), Marketing Director (Australia, f27) and B2B Sales Director (France, f40). We also work with 5 part-time (Consultant, consultant/accounting/investor, digital advertiser, 2 Warehouse assistants.) and a PR firm in Europe.
The goal is to keep the business simple to the point where we can all almost run it from our laptops remotely. We really want to travel and spend time in the markets and places we sell to, and we see the business as this vehicle. We want to have fun, meet interesting people and do a great job in the process.
