Content & Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Online Taxman is a CPA firm that specializes in US expats and international entrepreneurs. We've spent 15+ years focused exclusively on international US tax. We have clients in 180+ countries and a remote team. We make content that helps people understand their situation, not content that sounds like it was written by a committee.

The Job

You'll help craft and execute marketing tactics and strategy at Online Taxman. This includes all content: video (social + ads), email, social, SEO, and analytics. We want someone who uses AI daily to move fast. Take an idea, use AI to plan/craft, work with the team on production, and publish. We don't want to micro-manage you. We want someone that is passionate about their work and can get stuff done independently.

You'll Be Responsible For

● Content across YouTube (long-form + Shorts), blog, LinkedIn, email, FAQs

● Email marketing: newsletters, sequences, list maintenance

● Social media: posting and engagement

● SEO: keyword research, search intent, content optimization

● Reporting: what's performing, what's not, what to do about it

● Working with ~40 internal accountants/specialists who can help with tax expertise

You own the full flow: idea → draft → review → publish.

Use of AI tools is a critical part of this job. You should be able to effectively use AI tools with purpose and quality - not AI slop.

Content Goals

● Engagement is a critical goal - we want to useful/interesting content that people engage with

● Every piece needs: a strong hook, clear structure, solid CTA

● Use real-life examples (e.g., "Like Maria in Dubai who...")

● Include a "what this means for you" angle for the reader

What Matters

● AI proficiency is required. You should already be using AI tools daily for writing, research, and iteration. This is how we expect you to work.

● You write clearly.

● You're organized and process-driven.

● You don't need to be told what to do next.

● Experience in tax, finance, or legal is a plus, not a requirement.

Pay

$1,500 – $3,000/month depending on experience. Bonuses tied to results.
