Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling content for email campaigns and company blogs that align with our brand's voice and marketing goals.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create innovative content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

• Analyze campaign performance and consumer behaviour to optimize email and blog content.

• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person.

• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of content.

• Conduct high-quality research and interviews to gather the necessary information for content creation.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in an eCommerce setting.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a proven ability to create compelling and innovative content.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.

• Experience with email marketing tools and content management systems.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

• Bring your own device/laptop to work.
