Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own a portfolio of 30 to 60 clients and make sure every single one of them gets amazing results from our outbound campaigns. This includes both our AI cold calling campaigns and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, responsible for building their campaigns from scratch, optimizing performance over time, and delivering a world-class experience at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate has worked at a B2B lead generation agency and deeply understands outbound sales strategy. You know how to write scripts and messaging that convert, build accurate target lists, and think strategically about different business models and buyer personas. If you come from an SDR, SDR Manager, or cold calling background and have strong business acumen, we'd love to hear from you too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-converting cold call scripts using our internal AI workflows, tailored to each client's business model, target persona, and offer

  • Write and optimize LinkedIn outreach messaging sequences for clients running LinkedIn campaigns

  • A/B test scripts and messaging with different angles to find what converts best

  • Build highly accurate target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Prospeo

  • Listen to cold call recordings and use that data to improve scripts and targeting

  • Monitor LinkedIn campaign performance and adjust messaging, targeting, and sequences accordingly

  • Run onboarding calls with new clients over Zoom to present campaign strategy and walk them through our platform

  • Run regular check-in calls to review performance, present results, and discuss optimizations

  • Respond to clients quickly and make sure every client feels taken care of

  • Proactively identify when a campaign isn't performing and take action before the client has to ask

  • Manage 30 to 60 client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying organized

Requirements for Success

  • 2+ years in a B2B client-facing or outbound sales role (lead gen agency experience strongly preferred)

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and/or cold calling campaign management

  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong business acumen: you understand different industries, buyer personas, and how to position an offer in the most compelling way

  • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal (C1/C2 level)

  • Comfortable presenting to clients on Zoom and handling questions confidently

  • Can write persuasive copy that sounds natural, not robotic

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged

  • Works well under pressure and can manage a high volume of accounts without dropping the ball

  • Based in Latin America

  • Available to work US business hours (EST or PST)

  • Reliable remote setup with stable, high-speed internet

Compensation

  • Base salary: $4,000 USD/month USD

  • Performance bonus: Up to $3,000 USD/month based on client retention, campaign performance, and portfolio growth

  • On-target earnings: $7,000 USD/month

  • Top performers consistently earn at the high end, and the bonus structure rewards you directly for the results you drive
