Paynovate is growing. To facilitate this growth and ensure smooth sailing in terms of product delivery and excellence, we are currently looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As Product Manager, you will be dedicated to one of our main business lines (POS Acquiring) and will be responsible for driving the whole lifecycle management of our POS Acquiring solutions. This role will be an opportunity to showcase your deep understanding of the payments industry, technological expertise, and your proven track record of successfully managing complex products.

Your mission:

As Product Manager, you drive the day-to-day development and execution of specific products and features within the POS Acquiring product line. For this purpose:
You act as Project Manager for your own product line, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, testing, launch, and adoption. You communicate product updates and progress to internal teams, executives, and external partners. You also prepare detailed product documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
You create and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. You define detailed product requirements with key stakeholders, and you are responsible for product discovery in order to frame problems and explore innovative solutions, then design the most effective product features.
You monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features. You develop a Key Performance Indicator dashboard to track and report on product performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
You provide insight on Product Strategy; you conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, demands, and opportunities that impact your product line, and you make sure to align Product Strategy with Paynovate’s overall goals and vision.

You are passionate about payment processing technologies. You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the Payment industry, ideally with a focus on POS Acquiring, or at least willingness to learn about a new product line.
Autonomy, agility and excellence are your motto. Your outstanding leadership skills and ownership allow you to get across valuable insight, to follow-through on your projects, and to meet your objectives and deadlines.
You strive for collaborative work. You like working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and you are able to ensure optimal coordination of your product line.
Analytical, born problem-solver, and decision maker are words that describe you best.
You are fluent in English, and ideally at ease using French to communicate within the team. Dutch is an asset, as is any other European language.
