
Creator & Influencer Specialist
Role Overview
Petra Brands is seeking a Creator & Influencer Specialist to support the growth of our brands through creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social commerce platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in creator culture, understands how influencer marketing drives retail and direct-to-consumer growth, and enjoys managing the operational side of creator programs including sampling, outreach, and campaign coordination.
You will work closely with our marketing, social, and sales teams to help scale our creator ecosystem while ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, creator relationships, and product seeding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Relationship Management
Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators and influencers aligned with Petra Brands’ products and audience.
Manage inbound creator requests from TikTok, Instagram, and email.
Maintain an organized pipeline of creators across micro, mid-tier, and large creators.
Track creator performance including views, engagement, and sales impact.
2. TikTok Creator Program Management
Coordinate TikTok creator sampling and seeding programs.
Manage the full lifecycle of creator outreach including:
Support paid and organic creator campaigns for both retail and DTC initiatives.
3. Creator Sampling & Product Seeding
Manage creator sample requests and maintain an organized sample inventory tracker.
Coordinate product shipments to creators globally.
Support product seeding strategies for new product launches and retail activations.
Ensure timely fulfillment of creator sample requests.
4. TikTok Discord Community Support
Assist in building and managing Petra Brands’ TikTok Creator Discord community.
Help onboard creators into the community.
Support creator engagement through:
Monitor feedback and creator sentiment.
5. Creator Campaign Execution
Support the execution of creator campaigns for:
Coordinate creator deliverables and timelines.
Track campaign KPIs and report results to the marketing team.
6. Live Event Creator Coordination
Manage product sampling and creator coordination for live events, trade shows, and creator meetups.
Assist with creator invitations and engagement for events.
Support logistics for creator participation at brand activations.
7. Influencer Program Operations
Maintain internal systems including:
Track creator codes, affiliate performance, and campaign metrics.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
Strong understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem
Experience managing product sampling or influencer gifting programs
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Comfortable communicating with creators and managing relationships
Familiarity with social commerce and affiliate marketing
