Location and Working Hours: Full Time. Remote - Europe. Individual must be willing to work core business hours in Europe.

Salary: â‚¬4000 - â‚¬4600 per month depending on experience 

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

About You

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and playful product designs.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and user-centered experiences for web, Android, and iOS platforms.

  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems (e.g., Material Design), ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

  • Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards

  • Leverage data and user feedback to iterate on designs and increase user engagement.

  • Build and refine design systems and standards that are easy to scale across products.

  • Stay adaptable and show ownership in a rapidly changing environment, driving initiatives forward.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on creating systems that scale.

  • Ability to create product motion graphics and add joy to the apps (interactions and animations).

  • Proven experience working with design systems like Material Design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web, Android, and iOS design experience.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering.

  • Ability to build design systems and create a cohesive design language.

  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Nice to haves

  • Knowledge about frontend / mobile technologies is a big plus

  • Experience designing with a focus on increasing user engagement is a significant plus.

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry is a nice to have

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG compliance) is a plus.

Recruitment Process

  1. CV, Portfolio & Case Study Submission.

  2. Screening: A brief introductory call to discuss the role, company, and candidate experience, focusing on alignment with the key requirements.

  3. First Interview: This interview will focus on design philosophy, collaboration with engineering, and practical experience with design systems. We’ll discuss specific projects from the portfolio and case study.

  4. Design Task: A take-home task or live design challenge (based on candidate preference).

  5. Final Interview: A deeper dive into technical design discussions with the team, including collaboration and feedback sessions. The interview will also evaluate adaptability and ownership in a rapidly changing environment and cultural fit.
