AI Operations Manager

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office, Kharkiv office or remotely from Ukraine.

The AI Solutions Department is responsible for transforming the studio’s processes and implementing Plarium’s AI strategy, as well as helping teams build AI pipelines.

We are looking for a talented AI Operations Manager who will help shape and maintain the foundation of the processes that will guide the implementation and use of AI within the company.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and improving key processes to ensure the legal, safe, and effective use of AI tools within the company

• Analyzing requests regarding the use of new AI tools

• Coordinating and maintaing a catalog of approved new AI tools and their use cases

• Managing requests from teams and communicating with employees through official company channels

• Maintaining project documentation and preparing reports

• Supporting internal AI initiatives and projects

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position as a Project Manager/Coordinator

• Interest in AI, solid understanding of the tools market, their capabilities, alternatives, and leading solutions

• Experience with tracking and planning tools: Jira, Gantt charts, etc.

• Documentation creation skills

• Ability to formulate requests, propose solutions, and facilitate communication between teams

• Experience in establishing new processes and resolving obstacles to their implementation

• English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

Desired

• Experience working in development teams

• Experience automating processes and tasks

• Understanding of how AI is used in application development and graphics

• Experience working in the game industry

• Technical background
