Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst who will become an architect of the business planning system: who will support, develop and adapt it to new requirements, directions and tasks. This system helps us grow with a conscious direction - based on data, working models and realistic forecasts. We launch new products and scale existing ones, and it is important to do this not through intuition, but based on precise plans, numbers and purpose.

What will you engage in

• Maintain and develop business plans (BPs) for current products;

• Create BPs for new projects;

• Adapt models in accordance with business goals;

• Work with product and marketing analytics - help build joint forecasts;

• Initiate and implement new ideas in analytics and planning.

What we expect from you

• Experience with Python, ClickHouse, Airflow;

• Understanding the principles of revenue forecasting, product and marketing analytics;

• Experience in building financial models and business plans;

• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning algorithms;

• 3+ years of experience with similar tasks or in related fields with high motivation to understand a new area.

• Fluent Russian.
