Senior Software Engineer - Front End

What You'll Do:

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Vue.js framework, including Vue Router, Vuex, and Vue CLI

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)

• Strong knowledge of front-end development tools, such as webpack, npm, and Git

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming using Axios

• Understanding of modern web development practices, including responsive design

• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment

• Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Vue Test Utils for unit and end-to-end testing

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to work closely with designers

What You Have:

• Proven track record of success in large enterprise SAAS Software, distributed systems, scalability, and continuous development

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6-9 years’ experience OR Master’s degree and 4-7 years’ experience

• Senior level skill-set with core programming languages (Vue.js, JavaScript, C#, C/C++, etc.)

• Experience working with distributed systems, and inter-service communication protocols and APIs, e.g REST, NSQ, etc.

• Experience working with relational databases and SQL

Extra's You Bring:

• Deploying into a public cloud service (AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and building scalable/redundant services

• Experience with service monitoring, metrics, alerting, log aggregation, and tracing

• Experience with functional/acceptance testing
