HR Senior Compensation Analyst

What will you be doing:

The purpose of this position is to provide analytical support and conduct internal and external market compensation analyses, make compensation recommendations and support the development and implementation of compensation structures.  A primary focus for this role will be to coordinate efforts with our HR business partners and business leaders to ensure that all of our roles are properly aligned within our compensation structures, job families and HR systems in a scalable and sustainable way. This role works within the Compensation team, the HR function, and with business leaders to ensure that Premier鈥檚 compensation programs and pay levels are internally equitable and externally competitive. This role may act as the program/project manager for several functions, which include our annual compensation cycle process, equity plans, audit processes and HR systems liaison for compensation.

Skills & Experience:

Compensation Administration, Compensation Consulting, Microsoft Excel Functions, Workday

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Premier鈥檚 compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier鈥檚 internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
