 HR Program Manager - Remote in EU

Are you an experienced and adaptable HR professional ready to take ownership of impactful programs and drive operational excellence? We’re seeking a HR Program Manager to join our small but highly effective team.

In this role, you’ll manage and execute key HR initiatives, including merit reviews, process improvements, HR database optimization, and vendor management. As part of a small team, you’ll balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to employee relations, ensuring every aspect of HR runs smoothly and supports our organization.

What You’ll Do:

1. Program Management:

   • Design, implement, and manage core HR programs, such as merit reviews, employee surveys, and performance cycles.

   • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements that streamline and elevate HR operations.

2. HR Technology & Data Management:

   • Maintain and optimize HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and usability.

   • Use data to drive insights, supporting informed decisions and continuous improvement.

3. Vendor Management:

   • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

   • Oversee vendor contracts and performance to ensure alignment with company needs.

4. Employee Relations:

   • Provide guidance to managers and employees on workplace matters, fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.

   • Address employee concerns with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

5. Collaboration & Leadership:

   • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, offering practical, actionable solutions.

   • Be a go-to resource for team members, stepping in where needed to maintain operational excellence.

We might be a match if you have:

• Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.

• Proven success in a remote work environment, with strong self-management and communication skills

• Broader European HR experience, including knowledge of regional employment laws and cultural nuances.
