
Senior Content Manager
As Senior Manager of Content, you will define and lead Privy’s content strategy across all channels. You’ll be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, positioning Privy as a thought leader, and driving a measurable impact on brand awareness and demand generation. You will oversee the full content lifecycle — from strategy and ideation to execution and performance analysis — and lead a team of content creators and external partners. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy that supports Privy’s brand, demand generation, and customer education objectives.
Oversee the creation of high-impact content across all formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, guides, case studies, email campaigns, video scripts, webinars, and more.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing content team, including internal writers and external agencies or freelancers.
Partner closely with product marketing and demand generation to align content initiatives with key business priorities and campaign goals.
Lead the development and management of an editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic content delivery.
Own and evolve Privy’s brand voice and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all content.
Oversee SEO and content distribution strategies to maximize reach and discoverability.
Define and track content performance metrics; analyze results to inform future strategy and optimize ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to amplify the impact of content across the customer journey.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce tech.
Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Deep understanding of content’s role in the buyer’s journey and in demand generation.
Strong expertise in SEO, content analytics, and performance measurement.
Experience managing and mentoring content teams and working with external partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into content initiatives.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and persuasive communicator; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
