The Team
This role sits within the Provenir Product team, a central, global team that is responsible for ensuring the success of the Provenir offering. The team is responsible for the following functions:
Strategy – Leading the company’s strategic vision for growth and determining our unique value proposition
Product Management - Driving a supporting product roadmap that delivers high value to the customers we serve
Product & Global Marketing - Developing compelling value propositions and producing high-quality assets (including written and visual marketing collateral/content, the corporate website, and sales enablement material) that support lead generation and sales engagements
GTM & Sales Enablement - Determining focused GTM themes and enabling the business to take the Provenir offering to market successfully
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, you will assist the marketing team with the execution of various digital media/marketing assets, including video/audio/animations/written content and social media, and partner with the wider product/marketing team and other internal business partners to integrate digital media strategies into brand and demand generation campaigns that help drive global engagement and build brand awareness. This role is essential in bringing our brand story to life through various digital media channels - if you are passionate about digital storytelling and have a knack for creating engaging content, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Videos: Plan, script, storyboard, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, website content, sales enablement/sales cycle, and other digital platforms, and update and maintain our YouTube channel.
Audio & Podcasts: Record, edit, and produce podcasts and other audio content that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Animations: Create engaging animations and motion graphics to support various marketing initiatives.
Written Content: Assist with writing and editing short-form content (social media posts, emails, short articles or blogs) that align with brand voice/tone, and support overall strategic goals.
Social Media: Assist with social media strategy and content creation, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content meets quality standards.
Creative Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for digital media content that resonate with our target audience.
Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Content and other team members to develop and execute digital media strategies that support overall marketing goals.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our digital media production capabilities.

Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills:
Education: Degree in Film, Graphics, Media Production, Marketing, Communications (or related field) or equivalent on-hands production experience
Experience/Skills:
3+ years of experience in digital media production, including video, audio, and animation. Experience in social media strategy is a plus.
Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity), animation tools (e.g., After Effects), and social media management tools and platforms.
Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Proactive, quick learner, entrepreneurial, and resourceful – with a good sense of humor.
Able to help turn more complex technical concepts into visually compelling stories
