About The Role

Pulse is looking for a Founding Content & Brand Engagement Manager to own our content strategy. This is a rare opportunity to define the voice and brand identity of a next-gen wearable tech company. If you’re obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, know how to create viral, culturally relevant content, and have experience launching products in North America & Europe, we want you on our team.

As our first dedicated content hire, you’ll have full ownership over strategy, execution, and growth. From crafting engaging short-form videos to developing influencer partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Pulse connects with the world. This is more than a content role—it’s a brand-building, culture-defining opportunity in a fast-moving startup.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage Pulse’s Social Media content strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement.

  • Stay ahead of trends, pop culture, and platform updates to create timely and relevant content.

  • Work cross-functionally to plan and execute social media campaigns for new product launches in North America and Europe.

  • Build, nurture, and activate our online community, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

  • Track key metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize content for growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing end to end content campaigns across social media platforms such as TikTok & Instagram

  • Proven track record of driving engagement & virality on social platforms

  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social trends, and consumer behavior

  • Experience working with startups and launching consumer products in North America & Europe

  • Strong creative eye, storytelling ability, and familiarity with video editing tools
