We're looking for someone to help manage our growing community and make sure every student and customer gets the support they need.
Who we are: We run three main things โ BuyerBridge AI (our software), Time To Scale (our course program), and a free Skool community with 14,200+ members. Things move fast and we need someone to help keep it all running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Monitoring and responding to DMs across Carson's and Jackson's accounts, plus your own inbox
Answering questions that come into the free Skool community
Handling BuyerBridge AI support questions
Making sure people have everything they need to get started and stay on track
Escalating anything bigger to Carson or Jackson when needed - NEED YOU TO TAKE CARE OF 99% OF THIS YOURSELF would be ideal.
What we're looking for:
Great communicator โ clear, friendly, and fast
Organized and can manage multiple inboxes without dropping the ball
Self-sufficient โ you don't need to be micromanaged
Bonus if you have experience with online communities or course platforms
