The Role
The Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing our business capabilities by working closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to update and maintain Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to understand and impact process flows and procedures stemming from new initiatives, systems, and process improvement efforts. This role will foster relationships across all areas to ensure a collaborative and iterative approach to maintaining updated documentation and identifying areas for improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance opportunities.
Your day-to-day
Provide technical knowledge and system oversight to ensure system stability and integrity
Participate in process improvement efforts and strategic initiatives to provide process insights, understand impacts on processes, journeys, and Marketing Cloud features, and update the Marketing Cloud accordingly
Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirement documentation
Maintain a comprehensive library of documentation within the provided toolkit, and publish it for end users
Manage periodic updates to Marketing Cloud and procedures to remain compliant with department standards
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on project definitions, collect requirements, and troubleshoot production issues
Implement and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions to streamline business processes
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to address specific business needs
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity across Salesforce instances
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal use of Salesforce functionalities
Develop and manage workflows to support business operations
Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
About You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
5 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator role
Salesforce Admin Certified
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange applications and third-party integrations
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and SQL for developing and managing custom solutions
Experience with system architecture and connectivity to CRM, Journeys, Email Builder, and Advertising Studio
Experience organizing and managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience conducting gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact analysis
Experience collecting and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
Exceptional work ethic, highly organized, effective communicator, and results-driven
Proactive with a high sense of urgency and ability to handle aggressive deadlines
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain current on technical updates and apply new knowledge to the job
Ability to quickly learn new software and task management tools
Ability to manage tasks/projects and execute concurrently

Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salary: $128,000 to $160,000*
*Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 3PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
