360 Finance, a division of Quinstreet, is dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to empower consumers in their home improvement journey. Our team is committed to innovation, customer-centricity, and excellence in the financial services industry. As a Product Manager within the 360 Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of financial products that cater to the evolving needs of our customers. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will collaborate cross-functionally to translate market insights into actionable strategies, ensuring the success of our product offerings throughout their lifecycle.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and customer value proposition.

  • Document requirements with precision to facilitate seamless implementation by engineering teams.

  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decision-making and foster growth.

  • Lead discovery efforts and market research initiatives to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product innovation.

  • Foster collaboration across departments, including business, engineering, marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion.

  • Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of product management.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines as needed.

  • Consider global system performance and scalability to deliver robust and responsive solutions.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business challenges, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, engineering, math/science, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in utilizing bug/enhancement tracking systems such as JIRA.

  • Experience conducting product research activities, including stakeholder interviews and surveys.

  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for learning and a commitment to integrity.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience in the banking, consumer lending, or point-of-sale financing sectors is advantageous.

The expected salary range for this position is $74,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.

Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role. This may include attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as well as collaborating with team members or partners in various locations. While travel requirements may vary, candidates should be prepared to engage in occasional travel as needed to support business objectives and foster professional relationships.
