Our Story:

RepeatMD is a rapidly growing SaaS company in the ecommerce and medtech space that was founded in October 2021.

We have established product-market fit, closed a Series A in September 2023, and are now looking to scale our company. We are a team on a mission to help our clients in the medical aesthetics industry transform their patients' lives. We know providers (including med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, etc.) didn't go into business to focus on sales, so we make software that helps them grow their practices so they can focus on what matters most: their patients. Our quickly-growing team is headquartered in Houston and New York City, with team members distributed across the US and internationally.

Overview

We are hiring a Technical Writer Contractor for a 2 month assignment to help RepeatMD stand up a Product Manual. The project aims to consolidate all essential information about the product, including feature functionality and nuances, client value propositions, into a single, internally accessible product manual.

Responsibilities

• Develop a centralized product manual that serves as a hub for information, feeding into various channels such as the client help center, internal and external training materials, and product release notes.

• Guarantee consistency and accuracy of information across all channels to enhance the user experience.

• Implement a system where the end product seamlessly feeds information to different channels, ensuring that updates and changes are reflected uniformly.

• Leverage existing information, documents, artifacts, and infrastructure to ensure a seamless integration process.

Qualifications 

• Platform knowledge: JIRA, Confluence, Storyboard

• Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in Writing, Communications, or Computer Science.

• Proven experience in product documentation, preferably in a technical or software development environment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

• Portfolio of writing samples for review.

This is a remote position paying $50 per hour for 40 hours per week.
