
Senior Demand Generation Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our small but mighty marketing team. As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of enterprise marketing campaigns with a focus on lead and pipeline generation. This is a hands-on, results-driven, and strategic role that will have a direct impact on Rewatch’s growth.
The ideal candidate is excited to take ownership of a portfolio of channels, including webinars, events, content syndication, and paid ponsorships. You have experience developing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, marketing to multiple personas in an organization, and working closely with sales to execute an integrated strategy. You have a track record of delivering on lead and pipeline targets.
What you'll do
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing programs that drive qualified leads, generate sales pipeline, and increase deal velocity.
Deeply understand our customer segments, buyer personas, and buyer’s journey, and launch targeted campaigns to effectively move them through the funnel.
Continually evaluate new opportunities to reach our key customer segments and target accounts and experiment with promising new tactics or channels.
Work with our demand generation marketer (paid digital), content marketer, product marketer, and web designer to develop your campaign strategy and assets, including emails, landing pages, and offers.
Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations leadership to deliver and execute an integrated strategy for inbound and outbound lead generation.
Work with our marketing stack (including HubSpot, Intercom, and Salesforce) to optimize our lead flow, improve lead scoring, and implement your campaigns.
Own analytics for key demand generation metrics, develop quarterly forecasts, report on program pacing, and leverage data to optimize campaign performance.
What we're looking for
5+ years of demand generation experience; B2B SaaS preferred.
Experience marketing to enterprise buyers and working closely with an SDR team.
Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
Track record of successfully launching and scaling demand generation and ABM programs, driving business impact, and hitting lead and pipeline targets.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot and Intercom experience are a plus), Salesforce, and other marketing technology tools.
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple, competing projects and drive cross-functional alignment.
