Senior Product Manager, Growth Team

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Growth team. We are in the early days of building a robust growth team to serve various customer segments, especially SMB businesses. In this role, you will help develop and iterate on self-serve customer experiences and turbocharge the growth of our subscription business. You will spearhead a cross-functional team to drive growth initiatives.

In this critical role, you will have clear ownership to shape and enhance user experiences that drive our product-led growth initiatives at Rockbot. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align goals and execute the growth team’s strategy seamlessly.  You have a strong track record in developing and implementing successful PLG experiences. This role will report to the SVP of Product.

You will:

  • Define and articulate the growth team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to execute the product roadmap, focusing on quality, agility, and timeliness.

  • Ownership of in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

  • Design and implement testing processes and an experimentation framework to execute multivariate tests to optimize user flows, onboarding experiences, and other key conversion points, while leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

  • Develop familiarity with media products, understand the Rockbot ecosystem, plan growth according to the characteristics of the customer segments, and coordinate with various teams for implementation.

You have:

  • You have 7+ years of experience building high-quality, successful products and experiences. Prior product-led growth and/or product-led sales experience is a strong plus.

  • You’re comfortable breaking down big problem areas into concrete strategies and plans.

  • You’re data-driven with the ability to get into the weeds and understand the impact of your work.

  • Ability to progress at a fast pace and move the team forward in an environment with multiple opinionated stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with subscription billing platforms and CRM (Netsuite, Salesforce, Stripe, etc).

  • An MBA from a top-tier school is a strong plus.

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $110K to $160K base, plus commission, equity, and benefits for all team members.
