People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient People Ops Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our HR and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll have the opportunity to support programs and processes that scale while creating an exceptional work environment to enable our employees to perform at their best.

What you will do

  • Enable frictionless touchpoints for employees across their lifecycle at Sana, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

  • Own the accuracy of our people operations systems (e.g. HRIS), ensuring our employee records are updated 

  • Document our People Ops processes and track workflows for thorough completion end to end

  • Assist with the development and implementation of company policies, such as a new Travel Policy or the rollout of the updated Employee Handbook 

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and scheduling interviews as requested by Recruitment team

  • Own the onboarding of new employees, including the administrative tasks such as new hire paperwork and the experiential aspects for the new employees such as conducting orientations

  • Support employee benefits programs by creating clear documentation on our intranet space and owning communication to new hires as well as all employees throughout the year with a heightened focus during open enrollment

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

  • Coordinate and support People team initiatives such as the semi-annual compensation cycles, employee surveying, employee recognition programs, and company retreats

About you

  • 1+ years of work experience with an interest in a People or Talent career 

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Values-oriented. You care deeply about making our healthcare system work better for people and business owners.

$55,000 - $65,000 a year

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $55,000 to $65,000 per year for all US-based remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
