Job Summary:

SecurityScorecard is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Manager to join our global team. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our customers. You will oversee a team of UX designers, collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to take a customer-first approach to define and implement a cohesive UX strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong design practitioner and strategic problem solver who operates with curiosity and creativity. This role reports to the VP of User Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a user experience strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.

  • Lead the UX team in developing intuitive, usable, and visually appealing solutions for our cybersecurity platform. 

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work collaboratively with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define problems and opportunities, and ensure user-centric outcomes.

  • Advocate for user needs and design best practices throughout the organization, from product development to customer support.

  • Manage and mentor the UX team, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Proven track record of 2+ years successfully leading UX teams and delivering high-quality user experiences.

  • A degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

  • Strong skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in cybersecurity or working on highly technical products is a plus.
