About the Team

You’ll join a growing Technology team focused on product development. Collaboration and shared responsibility are at the core of our culture, and you’ll be hands-on across the entire Software Development Life Cycle. Role: Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

We’re seeking a talented Software Engineer with strong full-stack capabilities and real-world experience building scalable systems. You’ll design and develop reliable services and APIs, create intuitive user experiences, and work on infrastructure that supports mission-critical workloads.

What You’ll Do

Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle
Write secure, testable, well-documented software following clean code principles
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers globally
Implement comprehensive testing and performance tuning for system stability
Own end-to-end features from design to deployment across the stack
Continuously improve infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and developer workflows

Responsibilities

Translate requirements with cross-functional teams, estimate effort, and unblock work
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Design and optimize systems for low-latency, high-throughput workloads
Contribute to a strong team culture of collaboration and technical excellence

Tech Stack

Frontend: React, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js, NestJS (preferred), Kafka
Testing: Jest, Playwright
Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, modern datastores
Infrastructure: Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, AWS, Terraform
Communication: REST, gRPC (preferred)

Must Have

5+ years in agile environments (Scrum preferred)
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Solid foundation in backend development with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable software
Strong testing habits with unit and integration coverage
Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with NestJS, ClickHouse, Kafka in production
Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
Exposure to gRPC and microservices architecture
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and cloud platforms (Terraform, AWS)

Communication & Collaboration

Strong documentation and standards discipline
Ability to present and defend technical decisions confidently
Skilled at estimating project complexity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated total compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 USD (base plus bonus)
Eligible for annual performance-based incentives and equity
