About She Inc.

She Inc. is an umbrella for a portfolio of brands that educate and empower women in tech, AI, business, and beyond. Our flagship brand, SheCodes, has taught coding skills to 250,000+ students across 180 countries. The portfolio includes WeCode (B2B AI training), SheInvests (investing education for women), ChokChok (a K-beauty showcase), SheDreams Foundation (free education in developing countries), and several smaller brands. The next phase of growth is in AI education and our new investment vertical, with significant upside.

Where we are now

Small, profitable, and stretched. The team is 4-6 people. The founder is doing too much and wants to step back to teaching, building, and brand architecture. We need someone to take operations off his plate and grow the company over the next 2-3 years.

The role

General Manager of She Inc. with a clear path to CEO in 12-18 months on written milestones. You'll start by running the business day-to-day with a small team, and you'll grow the org as you go. The founder remains involved as Chairman, public face of SheCodes and WeCode, and the architect of the broader vision.

You'll own

• Day-to-day operations across all active brands

• The current team (admin, support, ads, VAs) and hiring as we scale

• P&L responsibility for the umbrella

• Growth strategy, especially the WeCode B2B and SheInvests launch

• Decisions on which brands grow, freeze, or sunset

• Reporting cadence with the founder

You bring

• 4-10 years of operating experience, ideally at a startup or scale-up phase

• Track record building (not just running) businesses

• EdTech, SaaS, D2C, or community/membership experience preferred

• Comfortable in a founder-led environment where the founder stays creative and strategic

• Strong people leader and hirer

• Mission-aligned with women's education and empowerment
