Remote Multimedia Designer for US-Based Company

The ideal individual contributor for this position creates high-quality visual assets across PropertyTek's proptech SaaS portfolio, combining technical print and digital asset production expertise with modern collaborative design workflows. This role requires strict adherence to brand guidelines, comprehensive intellectual property compliance, and translating complex business requirements into compelling visual solutions across multiple brand identities.

PropertyTek is a private equity-backed firm transforming property management through innovative SaaS solutions. The company’s portfolio includes ShowMojo, Tenant Turner, TenantCloud, and Rentler, serving landlords, property managers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute print and digital asset production deliverables, including precise color matching and complex printing and digital asset requirements coordination.

  • Produce and revise design assets according to existing brand guidelines and design system, and within established KPIs and performance standards while maintaining measurable quality metrics.

  • Interpret vendor specifications accurately, identifying clarification needs and flagging potential issues to project stakeholders.

  • Implement copyright compliance protocols for all imagery and design elements, ensuring proper licensing usage and identifying potential legal issues.

  • Develop presentation decks, webinar slides, responsive website/application assets, email templates, and custom iconography that translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.

  • Design and maintain collaborative templates in Figma and Canva for seamless team collaboration while managing custom projects in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, managing concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience emphasizing print production, brand guidelines execution, intellectual property clearance, and color management expertise.

  • Large format printing and trade show materials experience.

  • Strong logo design capabilities with proven ability to conduct trademark searches and availability verification

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite [Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign] with comprehensive print production technical knowledge.

  • Expert-level Figma and Canva skills for collaborative template creation and team workflow management.

  • Strong illustration capabilities with proven ability to convert artwork into various production-ready file formats.

  • Video editing software expertise and multimedia content creation experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in presentation design, webinar slide creation, website/application interfaces, email templates, custom icon development, and business requirement translation into visual assets.

  • Advanced project management principles application with systematic workflow organization, compliance tracking, and experience in maintaining consistency across multiple brand guidelines simultaneously.

  • Experience with design system compliance measurement and improvement tools.

  • Can work Eastern Time business hours [9 AM - 5 PM EST] with exceptional performance under deadline-driven conditions.

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in property management or real estate technology.

  • File Management: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud Storage.

  • Color Management: Pantone Color Manager, ColorSync Utility.

  • Print Production: Acrobat Pro (PDF workflows), Prinect (print specifications).
