Senior Art Director

We’re looking for a thoughtful Senior Art Director to join our Campaign team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and designers to concept and execute advertising campaigns that bring brands to life in the world. You’ll bring a sharp creative point of view to every brief and translate strategy into big campaign ideas—spanning film, social, digital, OOH, and activations—that spark attention, build connection, and move culture.

  • You’re obsessed with what’s next in creative tech; a tinkerer who experiments with cutting-edge tools and AI.

  • You’re an expert at ideation and push yourself to think about multiple different solutions and approaches.

  • You’re organized and proactive, able to manage your own time and juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving agency environment.

  • You’re confident presenting work and explaining the creative thinking behind your decisions to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • You have your finger on the pulse of culture. You love to be in the know of what’s relevant.

  • You’re receptive to feedback and can try different things until you land on the best way forward.

  • You’re hungry to grow as a creative and excited to take on bigger challenges, even if you’re not managing a team just yet.

  • You’re tenacious, collaborative, and humble.

Nuts and bolts:

  • You have 4+ years of art direction experience with a strong focus on campaign work, ideally at an agency, or in-house.

  • You know how to collaborate with writers and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life across touchpoints.

  • You can establish the art direction for campaign projects or pitches.

  • You can lead concept development and visual storytelling across integrated campaigns, from big-idea platforms to social, digital, OOH, and experiential.

  • You can provide guidance and review the work done by designers, production partners, and/or freelancers.

  • You have the ability to defend the work created by your team with a strong point of view and thoughtful creative rationale.

  • You are an expert with Adobe (Photoshop, After Effects etc.), AI tools, and Figma.

  • You have production experience and can lead a shoot alongside a Creative Director.
