Lead Recruiter

As the Lead Recruiter reporting to the CEO, you will be an instrumental in building our leadership team and hiring our most critical roles at SimplyInsured. The ideal candidate will know how to implement strategic sourcing methods, assess and iterate on current recruitment efforts, and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

What you’ll do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
Own leadership-level recruiting efforts, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their unique talent needs and aligning recruiting strategies accordingly
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, creating innovative campaigns that attract high-quality candidates and yield high response rates
Demonstrate a deep understanding of business requirements for open roles and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
Maintain open and transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
Demonstrate an understanding of pipeline and funnel metrics, identifying opportunities and unblocking unnecessary recruitment challenges
Own relationships with hiring managers acting as a consultative partner through the recruitment process
Build and optimize talent processes & current suite of recruiting tools
What you’ll bring:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruiting, with at least 2 hiring leadership level roles
Strong emphasis on effective sourcing strategies
Experience working in a start up or high-volume sourcing environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful self-starter who is able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
Comfortable working in ATS (Greenhouse a plus)

Compensation:
The base salary for this position is $120,000 - 160,000.
We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location. The range provided is just one component of total compensation including, but not limited to bonus eligibility based upon the achievement of performance objectives and company stock options.
