
Sr. Product Manager, Mobile Apps (Remote)
As a Sr. Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will be responsible for the product discovery and money saving experiences of 1M+ monthly visitors across 20M+ monthly visits. You will manage the vision, user experience, engineering execution, and delivery of features that help shoppers win everywhere with a specific focus on our cross-platform mobile app.

Communicates such decisions with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders and executive leadership garnering buy-in to ensure coordination and delivery of responsible products.
Defines roadmaps, plan execution of, and deliver innovative consumer products for Slickdeals.
Communicates mobile product strategy across all levels of the organization.
Understands consumer behaviors and needs through research, internal and third-party analytics, and direct interactions with users.
Develops new products and delivers enhancements to existing products that differentiate Slickdeals from the competition.
Uses lean process to pose hypotheses from data and research, delivers builds to test them, and learns from failures and successes
Works closely with Design, Engineering, Publishing, Marketing, and Business Development teams to manage and ultimately release new or updated product features.
Ensures timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling, leadership, and execution.
Analyzes and acts on business metrics and data to grow the business.
Is the central hub of communication and facilitates collaboration across all parts of the business related to a product.

THE CANDIDATE:
5+ years of successful product management experience in a consumer facing application with at least 3 years of experience in a native or hybrid mobile application
Growth oriented mindset, always thinking about how to increase our mobile app audience as well as increase feature penetration within such audience
Created products and features from scratch following a path of research, ideation, building, measuring, learning, and iterating.
Identified and established baseline metric/KPI levels, created hypotheses, and used data to validate successes, failures and determined pivot points throughout iterations.
Thinks beyond existing OKRs, challenges them and creates new objectives, substantiating them with data and negotiating for resources to execute on them
Experience defining strategy and creating product roadmaps for new features, and communicating those decisions to stakeholders and business owners at all levels
Proficient in creating shopper focused lean business cases, product requirements, outcome hypotheses and other documentation for initiatives both large and small
Experienced in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces, creating examples through wireframes
Familiarity with delivering features in stages using multivariate testing and analysis, and staged roll-outs
Demonstrated success working across various stakeholder groups such as Design, Engineering, Publishing, Marketing, and Business Development ensuring successful delivery
Great process and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Understands technology behind products
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Proficient in analytical thinking and problem solving
Highly self-directed and self-motivated
Demonstrated improvement on metrics/KPIs via product releases
Understands Growth, Pirate and Vanity metrics, and knows which to avoid
Understands statistics specific to multivariate testing.
Experienced with revenue forecasting.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Strong analytical background with mobile-centric analytics platforms (Amplitude, Heap, Firebase, Embrace, Crashlytics, etc)
Experience working with diverse teams and adapt to different communication styles
Experience working with a large, active and vocal user community and/or social network
Experience with a cross-platform mobile framework (Flutter, Xamarin, etc)
