Now, we’re looking for a passionate Content Writer & Community Manager to help us inspire and grow our incredible community.

💼 What You’ll Do

As our Content Writer & Community Manager, you'll be the voice and heartbeat 💓 of the Smartist community — creating engaging content and building meaningful relationships across our channels.

✨ Responsibilities

• 📣 Develop and execute creative community engagement strategies

• ✍️ Write engaging content for social, newsletters, in-app messaging & more

• 💬 Respond to user comments, DMs, and reviews with clarity and care

• 🎙️ Host artist spotlights, virtual events, and occasional webinars

• 🤝 Partner with artists, influencers, and creative collaborators

• 📊 Monitor community metrics and optimize for better engagement

• 🧠 Be the voice of the community internally, sharing feedback and ideas

🙋 About You

• 🧾 2+ years experience in content, community, or social media roles

• 🧠 Strong writing and storytelling skills — witty, human, and clear

• 🎨 Passion for art and creative communities

• 📈 Analytical and curious — you know what makes content resonate

• 🚀 Proactive, collaborative, and always full of fresh ideas
