Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Financial support to Company's service providers

  • Coordination of document flow: generation, storage, and organization of invoices, contracts and other documents

  • Creation of statistics on a weekly/monthly basis

  • Participation in optimization and automation processes

  • Conducting risk assessment in accordance with internal due diligence measures regarding KYC, KYB

  • Organizing timely payments to the Company's service providers and resolving issues related to payments within the framework of internal policy

We expect from you:

  • Higher education in finance or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably (but not mandatory) in high-risk industries

  • Experience in working with ERP, Google Workspaces, MS Office (Excel mainly)

  • Experience in finance or KYB/KYC will be an advantage

  • English -- Upper-Intermediate+

  • Analytical thinking abilities

  • High level of empathy, ability to reach an understanding with the provider in financial matters
