Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Poland, Israel, Türkiye, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Managing mobile and web application development process, resource planning, releases;

  • Planning sprints, organizing and conducting rallies, evaluations, retrospectives;

  • Setting and decomposing tasks to development teams;

  • Monitoring deadlines, helping the team to achieve their goals;

  • Proposing alternatives for product solutions (product qualification);

  • Prioritization of tasks;

  • Monitoring of possible technical problems and escalation;

  • Monitoring the maintenance of project documentation;

  • Direct interaction with the product manager.

We expect from you:

  • Experience in building development processes;

  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies;

  • Critical thinking, responsibility and initiative;

  • Ability to independently identify and solve problems rather than generate new ones;

  • Knowledge of any programming language will be a big plus;

  • Ability to work in multi-tasking mode;

  • Experience working with a distributed team;

  • Having similar experience as a project manager in an IT company + previous experience as a developer or tester will be an advantage;

  • Proficiency in English at least intermediate or above will be an advantage.
