ABOUT THE ROLE
The SENIOR MANAGER OF OPERATIONS FINANCE leads the finance function in the building of annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts for our Variable Operations and is part of the FP&A Supply Chain Finance team. The scope of the role includes supporting our Warehouse, Transportation, Styling & Client Services functions and is a key role to drive strategic investment decision-making for our Variable Operations across labor, cost of goods sold, opex and capex. The Senior Manager will need to be able to move easily between big picture and strategic thinking, operational problem solving and detailed analytics.

Partner with Variable Operations to identify and assess risks and opportunities to variable business operations, strategy and efficient use of capital
Act as a thought partner and influence and drive business partners to achieve cost leverage in our business via insightful analysis and recommending action
Develop and advise business on capital expense ROI models
Develop accurate annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts
Manage, track and report financial performance against financial plans for operational KPIs and quantify financial risks and opportunities to the business
Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling at the request of management and business partners to aid in decision-making
Prepare and present business forecasts and results for executive leadership
Lead special projects as needed to provide analytical and decision support on strategic initiatives
Build and implement tools (e.g. spreadsheet models) and system enhancements (e.g. Anaplan) and oversee processes in support of all of the above
This is a people manager role and will include responsibility for managing and developing a team of two direct reports team to support increasing business complexity and depth of analysis
The individual in this role can be based in our San Francisco office or fully remote. We also welcome candidates who are available to work from one of our warehouse locations in Phoenix, Atlanta or Indianapolis. This role will require travel approximately 2x per quarter to our warehouse locations (5-10% of time).

You have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance with a specific focus on FP&A and operations finance
You have a minimum of 2-3 years with proven track record of developing talent
You have a BA / BS in a related field
You have strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills
You have excellent process planning, problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with an Executive team
You excel at looking around corners, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing solutions
You work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities
You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.
Salary Range
$182,000—$194,000 USD
