Client Operations Assistant

Note: This is a temporary 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension. While there is no immediate opening, this posting is for future consideration.

What You Will Do

  • Assist our Client Operations team as we fulfill the needs of our clients with our latest technology and solutions

  • Help to improve and streamline operations documentation

  • Gain exposure to brainstorming new strategies and actively seek out opportunities to strengthen client processes

  • Gain exposure to strategic development planning and activities

  • Assist with any styling needs for new and existing clients

  • Understand performance results as well as assist in building new recommendations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Ability to work part or full-time, minimum of 20-25 hours a week

  • A current senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating in Winter ‘21 or Spring ‘22

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with a hunger for success 

  • Dependability is a MUST. Meeting deadlines and adhering to a schedule is key 

  • Multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • A detail-oriented worker that strives for quality 

  • Outgoing and ambitious with a mindset on originality 

  • Trend and styling knowledge is a must, experience in the retail/fashion industry is a bonus 

  • Passionate about Fashion + Technology

  • Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The base compensation amount for this role is targeted at a net monthly salary of $34,718 MKD. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
