The Role

As a Principal Product Designer, you'll lead the design of complex casino products while navigating the unique challenges of blockchain integration, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming principles. Joining our senior design team, you'll work across multiple design disciplines to deliver exceptional experiences that make Web3 gaming accessible, trustworthy, and thrilling for players worldwide. You will take the lead in shaping the product experience, transforming the product strategy's vision, alongside the brand's essence and emotional tone, into well-considered, practical, and highly engaging products.

What you’ll do

• Design comprehensive casino gaming experiences across our Web3 product suite, from classic games to innovative blockchain-native formats, ensuring each interaction feels intuitive.

• Set the quality bar as our only Principal Designer, pushing the team to deliver experiences that make traditional online casinos feel dated.

• Translate complex Web3 mechanics—wallets, transactions, provable fairness—into experiences any player can understand.

• Partner with engineering to ensure our ambitious visions actually ship, balancing innovation with technical reality.

• Create cohesive design systems that scale across different game types while maintaining consistent patterns for Web3 interactions like staking, claiming rewards, and viewing on-chain history.

• Design innovative reward systems and gamification layers that keep players engaged beyond individual sessions, building loyalty through achievement systems, leaderboards, and community challenges.

• Push the boundaries of what's possible in iGaming design, experimenting with new interaction patterns, real-time animations, and immersive experiences that differentiate us from traditional online casinos.

• Champion player-first design that balances the adrenaline of gaming with responsible play, ensuring our most engaging features promote healthy, sustainable entertainment

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing engaging digital experiences in gaming and Web3 environments that keep users coming back.

• Proven experience across UX, UI, and Motion design at a senior level, with a portfolio that showcases your range, typically T-shaped with your core discipline being UI and Motion design.

• Passion for gaming and entertainment, with understanding of what makes experiences thrilling while maintaining player trust and safety.

• Strong prototyping skills to communicate complex interaction patterns and real-time gaming experiences.

• A track record of working across the product development cycle, from initial vision and discovery through to detailed design execution.

Nice to haves

• Background in social gaming, esports, or community platform design.

• Experience with 3D design and mobile-first gaming patterns.

• Background in designing social features for gaming platforms.

• Working knowledge of Web3 concepts (wallets, transactions, smart contracts) with ability to design intuitive abstractions for mainstream users

• UX-only designers without visual chops

• Overly minimal/stark design aesthetics

• B2B or enterprise-focused portfolios

• Designers who can't create excitement
