FP&A Senior Analyst

We are growing our finance team and are looking for a motivated FP&A Analyst with data experience to provide reliable data and analysis to prompt decision-making, planning, and business partnering. 

Reporting to the FP&A Finance Manager, you’ll have a key role in enabling Superside and its leadership to understand and make informed financial decisions. You’ll own the entire finance data pipeline and be a core part of building and empowering a data-focused future of work.

What you'll be doing

• Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning across the business

• Collaborate with, and advise business partners on metrics and scenario planning

• Prepare and provide monthly variances insights across the P&L

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Take ownership of our financial data pipelines

• Collaborate with the Finance and Data teams to improve access to information, financial reporting

• Optimize finance business processes with IT solutions (eg. automate reports from Netsuite, Salesforce etc)

What you’ll need to succeed

• Excellent knowledge of SQL - strong coding skills  

• Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Professional Finance Qualification (CIMA, CFA, CA or equivalent)

• 3+ years experience in finance analytical roles with significant data input

• Self-motivated to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

• Able to build reports in ERP’s and CRM’s (such as Netsuite and Salesforce)

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

• Preferably experience with data visualization solutions (eg. looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Thoughtspot)

Our biggest challenge right now

• We have a lot of data but the data pipeline is still scattered between different people. We need someone that will own this data pipeline and create clear reporting so we can choose the most relevant business direction. This calls for a self-motivated person interested in connecting and organizing data and creating a strong reporting system.
