Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Customer Marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling customer reference content and programs that showcase our customers' success stories. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting our global sales teams.
This position can be hybrid or remote and reports to the California-based Director of Customer Marketing.
Focus Areas 
Create, publish and amplify case studies that share how our customers achieve business outcomes and success while leveraging SUSE solutions
Enable global sales team with highly relevant customer evidence and references to drive revenue
Curate and activate the ongoing global pipeline of customer references
Manage customer awards program
Experience & Skills
5+ years experience in journalism, marketing or communications
Excellent writing and editing skills - very minimal peer or manager edits needed.
Passion for storytelling with a proven ability to turn facts into compelling content that demonstrates business value
Strong project/ program management skills.
Knowledge and understanding of customer marketing methodologies and tools
Demonstrable experience with Adobe Acrobat and web publishing tools
Solid understanding of Highspot or sales enablement tools
Experience with Airtable or other project management software
Hands-on experience with UserEvidence or other customer marketing tools desired
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and customers
Experience in B2B software industry is highly preferred
BA in English, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

Your relationship-building skills will be critical, both with direct peers and across the wider business.
Dealing with ambiguity and being both resourceful and enterprising should be second nature to you.
